Our Approach

In simple terms, we help leaders, teams and organisations to transform to more effective and regenerative ways of working now and for the future.  This often involves challenging existing assumptions, increasing self and team awareness and encouraging organisational, team and individual development through action and learning in the workplace.  These leadership and team programmes are delivered in a variety of settings including: workshops, one to one, outside in ancient woodland and online.  Using these approaches to help leaders and teams to develop greater self-awareness, create opportunities for new thinking and become future fit for the increasingly complex and uncertain world we live is at the heart of the Tapping the Source mission.

My Story

I have extensive experience from both military and entrepreneurial business ventures. Originally a Royal Engineer Commando, I went on to a professional sales career in global technology companies. I completed a MBA in 2003 and invested in a technology start-up which I successfully led, grew and sold in 2010 to a communications and technology group. The acquisition led to a project within the group to turn around and grow an acquired internet business. After achieving five years of consecutive growth the business was integrated into the group. During this time I developed my coaching and mentoring practice focusing on developing leaders at all levels in organisations of all sizes.  I volunteer my time and skills as a mentor for Help for Heroes, coach within the Mental Health Foundation Charity and partner with the Future Fit Leadership Academy.
